This way you dont see the excess on the four cutting lines. If you are talking about curves on the edge of the tile then you can do this as well, just move the tile gently. You can pick a grinder up for a tenner.

I also did as another poster suggested and hooked up a shopvac and had a helper hold the nozzle right where the most dust was being created.
